Responsibilities
Working closely with BTS Leads and Program Leads, he/she takes a lead role in Project Governance including Risk Management and Quality Assurance activities from a Project Management standpoint for all major system implementation projects in JTI to ensure successful delivery of each project.
Qualifications & Experience
MBA in business or advanced degree in IT or comparable education/ experience.
Formal Project Management qualification including PMP certification.
Fundamental knowledge of Project and Program Management methodology.
Budget management skills; ability to analyze and review financial plans and related budgetary information to determine the impact on a project required.
Solid customer focus with 10-15 years of experience in delivering large transformation projects and managing stakeholder/client relationships.
Overall understanding of IT as a business support function.
Leadership – Project Management, Diversity & Cross Cultural Working, Managing & Influencing in a complex environment, Senior Stakeholder Management (External/Internal).
Fluent in English.
Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office; expert in industry standard project management tools.
