Digital Marketing Manager

Lead the digital media strategy for the market/brands/categories – building on best practise from the Centre of Excellence – and develop activation plans to deliver against brand objectives. To make that happen, he/she will need to define, influence, align and coordinate plans, whilst driving synergy and efficiency against the overall digital capability agenda.


Accountabilities

Develop multi-year digital marketing strategy, considering must win territories and key initiatives for long term success, working closely with broader marketing teams

Identify resources, competitive environment, partners, opportunity areas, etc… and together with the Marketing Director, propose the activation plans and KPIs.

Ensure broader marketing team consider digital channel needs from the start of the ideation process

Share best practise implementation and new findings with the European digital network. Including opportunities to Lift & Shift best practises, social media content synergies, cross-market agencies, and innovative technologies from partners

Support Test & Learn framework joint priorities to drive future growth aligned with eCommerce & BIS innovation team

Partner with insights team & CoE to define common measurement approach including scorecards, tools for ROI & equity measurement and the relevant KPIs and benchmarks

Support the Digital Capability agenda with the CoE and Marketing Capability team, both on the specific capability sessions, but mainly during the ongoing day by day work with the teams


Key Skills/Experience Required

5 years of relevant digital marketing experience [CPG industry beneficial]
Technically aware – this is not an IT role, but there is a focus on using technology to maximize user experience during interactions, so candidates must have worked closely with the technological side of digital and e-commerce

Data savvy – experience of identifying & influencing a consumer across channels based on behaviour

Commercial – demonstrate that they value commercial results with examples of ROI delivery
