What is the role?


As an acquisitions manager, you will be part of Iberia’s team, contributing in the negotiate, seek out, finalize, and organize purchasing deals for our partners, arranging and creating new campaigns and contributing to define new projects and developments.


What you’ll do…

As an acquisition manager, you will participate for ensuring any agreement made, working with our potential and main clients. You may also contribute and learn all the global acquisitions strategies and supportthe daily operations of the online customer acquisition marketing team


In particular:

• Learn how to build and manage performance campaign by both external panels (DSPs, Google Adwords, PMDs) and internal (Cat, Catalytics)

• Help with producing weekly site performance reports across all major acquisition channels: search, display, mobile, affiliate, social media, and comparison shopping channels. Reports should include business context and insights into the data to be delivered to the business leads.

• Learn how to effectively respond to ad-hoc report and analysis requests from marketing team leads, product management and other departments.

• Learn to proactively develop reports and analysis of site performance including segmentation analysis. Include observations and business context to deliver actionable insights to business leads, not just data.

• Work with 3rd party vendors and IT team to ensure that all data is accurately being captured and reported


Desired Skills and Experience

Since you’ll be required to negotiate and collaborate with executives and many teams, you must also have strong communication and leadership skills. Any applicant must be able to work in a fast paced agile changeable Mobile business; this role is an amazing opportunity to further a career in the digital/mobile business.
