The DMM will support the global brand manager’s to initiate, develop, rollout and continuously update owned and earned digital media channels. This will include follow-op such as KPI building and reporting. DMM will report to Head of Digital.
Job description:
Maintain localized websites in multiple countries in collaboration with regional marketing managers
Define and lead development of new websites as needed
Briefing and maintaining relationships with media- digital- and ad agency
Develop and implement social media strategies align with the business needs
Hands on content management for all kind of digital media like, brand-, category and corporate websites, social media, e-learning, apps etc.
Managing loyalty programs lite Newsletters, SMS and CRM
Establish KPI’s and develop actionable insights from the web analytics and social intelligence
Your profile:
Outstanding digital communication skills in English and as well as the ability to solve problems and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Entrepreneurially minded, creative, forward thinking, innovative with strong verbal and written communication
Flexibility and can-do attitude to manage unexpected situations successfully
Ability to own projects and assume responsibility without hand-holding.
Strong interpersonal, organizational and time management skills.
A curiosity about identifying what drives conversions and a creative and analytical mind
Your experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication or a related field (MBA a plus)
3-5 years digital marketing experience from FMCG or OTC pharma
Passionate about digital and a strong ability to problem solve independently
Experience from working with a few different CMS and development of web sites
Experience with online advertising, SEM, SEO and social media marketing
Understanding of marketing automation
Proven track record in web analytics
Previous blogging and/or writing experience
