The main responsibilities are:

Provide assistance to the Legal Department’s IP Area in the day to day legal matters including, among others:

· Liaise with internal clients (Design, Marketing, E-commerce Departments) to provide support on a wide variety of matters

· Liaise with Trademark agents and external advisors in connection with the Group’s Trademark Portfolio related matters

· Review of contracts/agreements and other legal related documents

· Analysis of legal issues related to Data Protection, Consumer’s regulation, E-commerce, Privacy Policy.

Requisitos

Estudios mínimos Postgrado

Experiencia mínima Al menos 2 años

Imprescindible residente en Provincia Puesto Vacante

Requisitos mínimos

– Law Degree along with a Postgraduate Degree (Master)

– 2 year professional experience (minimum)

– High Level of English (French knowledge would be appreciated)

– Analytical skills and ability to prioritize

– Excellent oral and written communication

– Attention to detail

– Interpersonal skills
